Sevenoaks Sound and Vision Tunbridge Wells

I purchased some ex demo speakers from the Tunbridge Wells store and unfortunately they had a couple of faulty drivers. After reporting this to the store, John sourced a replacement pair and took a 3 hour round trip to deliver them personally to my door. Due to some minor cosmetic damage on the replacements, John then offered to repair the ones with faulty drivers and again take another 3 hour round trip. I cannot thank John enough for going above and beyond in getting the issue sorted for me in a timely manner. He was extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the Hi Fi industry and an all round great guy. You dont come across customer service as good as this very often and you now have a repeat customer. Many thanks again and a credit to John and all the staff at the Tunbridge Wells store.

Great team & extensive range of products. The team in particular are very affable, willing to understand my listening requirements and then suggest a product to suit my needs. Arranging a demo at Tunbridge Wells was no hassle and as a rookie to the audio world, I felt at ease with parting with my cash. I'll be a return customer for years to come.

I recently purchased a 65" oled from Sevenoaks Hifi via the online side of the business. When it was delivered the box looked okay but after further investigation it looked like it had been stored around some moisture. I hung it on the wall and peeled off the protective film and found to my dismay a screen irregularity. I immediately phoned John and Mike instore. Who understood my concerns and instantly arranged for a replacement, which arrived at my house about 3 hrs later. Delivered personally by John. The customer service that i have always received and enjoyed in the past restored my faith in Sevenoaks Hifi once again. Over the years i have purchased numerous TV's, Hifi equipment etc and never had any issues instore at Tunbridge Wells. Mike and John listen to the customer and then deliver excellent service. This is why i purchase only from these guys. Anyway second set arrives and gets hung on the wall.....Thank you John for your assistance. A few hours later i hear a noise which turns out to be coil whine. Again i phone Tunbridge Wells, hoping that they don't think that i'm a crazy customer. To my relief Mike says that he totally understands and he will call me back. Because Mike like John is a man of his word he phoned me back and explained that he would be sending a third display and apologised for my distress. The third display turned up with my old friend John and he helped me hang it on the wall. I asked if he'd hold on for a few moments while checked everything was operational. While i went through my checks, Mike and myself were just chatting. What a lovely and knowledgable chap, an absolute credit to the business. I have a suggestion for the higher ups, maybe with their supreme customer service and getting the job done professionally. Maybe it would be a good idea and lose the online side altogether or have it controlled by the amazing staff at Tunbridge Wells. Thank all very much for my lovely new purchase. There will be many more in the future. Old school customer service.....simple as that.
