        Without doubt one of the most trustworthy and benevolent retailers I have had the pleasure of experiencing, and I'm "of an age" with many, many years of purchasing history online and on the high street. I ordered and paid for console games online, within minutes I was contacted to be offered an apology because the website had errors and the items weren't in stock.......and seconds later the funds were returned to my account. This would have been commendable enough, but I also received a gift of 3 months free play of selected games on my games console because of the inconvenience caused. Thanks to Pete, their was no inconvenience, just superb, timely, friendly service.
