Payment is taken on booking and the cancellation policy made clear. However I called repeatedly to rearrange my appointment and was left on hold for over 15 minutes each time. I had to pay the 55 despite not being able to attend. For a service that alleges to help people, they were less than helpful when I tried to appeal this hard line.
I would absolutely not recommend.
