Placed an order online and paid for shipping. It turned out that the package was delayed by UPS plus I was forced to pick up the package at a UPS drop off location. I reached out to CHILDRENSALON since it arrived late plus the hassle of picking up, to see if they could wave the shipping fee. Customer service wasn't accommodating and wasn't helpful at all. Not what I expected.
