I really dont like giving negative reviews but I find it very frustrating when a shop advertises that its open until 5:30 - on Google and shop window- but close their doors at 5pm and dont give any explanation as to why. This happened to me yesterday.

Brilliant little shop - staff very pleasant and amiable, always willing to assist. Prices very reasonable for an a high priced area. Best Wishes and Thank You.

As an out of town browser of charity shops I found worthwhile shop particularly well run and organised. Prices are very fair, and staff exceptionally helpful and considerate.It is a pity that have to suffer the minority of rude and disrespectful customers ( two of whom I witnessed first hand and felt inclined to intervene, but decided not to in the end) who seem to forget that it is a charity shop and expect everything for virtually nothing and complained continually that the prices were to high. For Royal Tunbridge Wells I find the prices very reasonable and competitive. Wish the staff well, ignore the greedy fools and BEST WISHES see you gain in a few months time.

Lovely local charity shop. I always grab good books in there. Lovely staff too.
