I found helping hands a very caring company and their communication excellent. I liked the way the carers decided to do little things for dad that made a high difference without being specifically asked by family. The carers were on time or called if they were going to be late and particularly Deborah developed a good report with dad within a short space of time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

I highly recommend Helping Hands Home for care. My experiences as a carer I respect our loyalty working together as a professional team. Our customers are given enough time on our visit to be able to give one to one attention and able to complete any administration and care requested.

Since I joined Helping Hands TW I am much happier than in the past. Everyone I work with from managers to other carers are friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Although the role of carer can be challenging at times physically and emotionally I am enjoying it. The only downside is when you cant get to a client on time because you are delayed at another one or worse stuck in traffic but everybody understands this is all part of the job. This branch is building up an excellent team who are fully committed to what they do.

I joined the team at Helping Hands in Tunbridge Wells almost 6 months ago and my expectations of how fulfilling the work would be has been hugely surpassed. Working as a carer was new for me - having worked internationally for many years I was keen to work within my community and believe deeply in the critical role of care work in our societies. The level of training and support, as well as the systems and care plans in place, is really outstanding. I have felt incredibly supported and been able to settle into work that I love with ease. The level of care provided to customers is of a very high standard and offers compassionate attention to detail that meets the needs of each customer and their unique family requirements. The growing team of wonderful, compassionate carers are a pleasure to work with and a testament to the expertise, credibility and hard work of Rosie and her team. I highly recommend Helping Hands as a place to work and to anyone looking for person centred care within their own family.

My brother has found the carers friendly and very helpful. Whenever I have spoken to anyone I also have found them to be professional and friendly. The office staff are also great at responding to queries and were so helpful when my brother's care package was set up.
