KMJ Property have totally surpassed my expectations. They had quite a hard task to sell my house as it was a rental property with a tenant and by no means an easy situation. Marc and the team worked so hard to get viewings and sell the house. They were extremely professional at all times and always kept me up to date on what was happening. Suzanne also did an excellent job at chasing the solicitors and keeping everything moving at the right pace. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really should be the first agents that you contact to sell your home.

From quickly arranging the viewing to helping us negotiate a great price on the house, the whole team were fantastic. We had some delays with completion due to some issues from the sellers side, however everyone at KMJ was there to listen and support and came back to us so quickly when we had queries. We are so happy with their support and when it comes to selling the house in the future they will be the first people we contact.
