I find many bigger recruitment agencies either forget who you are or sign you up and forget about you. This is the absolute opposite with Sam. I advised I was back on the market and the next day she had a few jobs that would suit my skill set. There was an issue with one of the interviews, but after letting Sam know she got straight onto it and rectified swiftly.
She sent me a text the day before to wish me luck in my new role which is one of the best services I've ever received.
This is the second interview I've had with her and I've gone 2/2 with being offered a job. Will definitely use again but hope I don't have to in the nicest way possible.
