77 Mount Pleasant Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN1 1PX I was in the shop to have a look round and I got to the back and there was a man writing on CDs and I said excuse me please cause Ive gone all the way round coming down the other side and he said well wait and I went well yeah and I thought I looked at him waiting for him to put the handful of DVD on the shelf not quit 3 he started look at that rack over there youre abusing the staff Im a volunteer youre abusing me Im not to push me saying he was not happy get out get out of the shop, he was being rather aggressive saying get out are you frightened, I had not raised my voice or anything was weirded he was aggressive and rude, and I hadnt been rude. I just asked him politely if I could get past as I waited to look at the jumpers , I asked him if hes could go and get the manager there and he said he was the manager I said are you alright being left on your own, and then the lady that brought in a bag of stuff, he was rude to here, and she said that was weird and she was rather a bit upset as he did not say thank you or collect the bag or acknowledge the fact that she had been kind enough to bring stuff in I really think you need to address that this man who. volunteers in your shop is not help with your course I know they dont get paid but he frightens me as he just went off on one and everybody else left I spoke to Oxfam and asked was he really a manager she reply with lots of people are complaining about him you need to address this issue

WORST SECONDHAND STORE EVER!!! Prices are very high for this quality. We won a lottery set of cosmetics that expired two years ago and were denied a replay!! Many lottery numbers are not on the counter, so most likely the acquaintances of the sellers changed the numbers if they did not like them.

It's meant to be a charity shop that sells items at a price affordable for people on low income. I asked if I could have 2.50 off a 17.50 coat. The lady working there rudely asked 'why?'and I whispered 'so that I can afford it'. 'no sorry' she said 'we don't do that'. I went next door a bought a better quality coat for 10. Glad she said no now!

I think this shop is excellent. The shop volunteers are always helpful, friendly and kind and they always have an interesting range of stock, especially clothing. If things are expensive, then think of the valuable work this charity is doing. It is worth it.
