Small cod & small chips .My first meal after early morning breakfast 5:30 am.
Then a have nothing till 10 pm ,then I went to the bathroom.Didnt sleep well,heavy stomach.Then early in the Saturday morning I have vomited twice,guess what,a fish & chips on the menu.Then really bad discomfort and diarrhoea all weekend.
Weak and exhausted ,broke all my weekend plans .
Havent eaten nothing just dehydrated a small amount of water and tea.
Even on Monday I felt not fully recovered.
Never again.
Really bad and dangerous.
