Rude staff. Waits are too long. Tell you they haven't got something when they have but haven't looked properly.

Very poor serivce. I'd reccomend staying aweay if you have a 111 prescription, poor attitude and customer service. Got told that these prescriptions are a pain, like they're doing me a big favour by dispensing. Judging by other reveiws, I'm not alone...

Waited to get my prescription all day. After already getting my partner to go once and they said itll be ready late afternoon evening. I return in the evening to wait 20 minutes for then to find what it was. To be told they dont do that sort of medication. Not sure why they didnt know this and told me first before the wait. Then to be told to go get a refund from Lloyds pharmacy online and get a different prescription. Its so disheartening when youre at a loss & in pain

Shut 15 mins early on 31/4/23 and really badly suffering with tonsillitis. Saw them leaving early and asked to get my prescription and they said nah. Horrendous with no common decency
