The Rug Shop of Tunbridge Wells

I was delighted with The Rug Shop's cleaning service. Two huge Turkish wool rugs, which had been in the family for nearly 50 years without being cleaned, were badly steam-cleaned in my home by a mobile rug cleaner, who allegedly was specially trained and qualified. She left them on the floor wringing wet, and they dried more stained than before she started. I was distraught, but Hamid and his team provided an immediate online quote, and offered a collection within two days. They were delivered back to me within 3 weeks (including Easter) looking almost like new. The rugs have great sentimental value, so I really appreciated Hamid's efficient and sympathetic approach, and can vouch for his expertise. I have several other rugs which need The Rug Shop treatment and will be asking them to help again soon! Highly recommended.

This was my first experience with The Rug Shop. I had 2 very dirty rugs which needed cleaning. The team picked up the rugs and 2 weeks later returned them. The colours were very bright and they looked so different. We are very pleased with the cleaning service provided. I'd definitely use them again.

The Rug Shop responded very promptly (the same day) to my quote request, and were very reasonable. My rugs were cleaned beautifully, they didnt complain about how doggy they smelled . They cleaned the rugs beautifully, no doggy smell at all now! And in half the time they quoted. And they carried the rugs to my car for me. And they had face masks and hand sanitizer with careful virus precautions. Highly recommended
