Really good service from Igloo Audio. I found the amplifier I was looking for slightly cheaper than other retailers and it arrived really quickly. Peter even contacted me to check my delivery address and kept me updated on delivery time. As for the amplifier - Exposure 2510 - its fantastic and highly recommended for anyone looking at a purist amplifier which sounds great.

Purchased the Hegel 120 integrated amp after owning the same Naim pre and power amps for 25 years. It's revitalised my listening. Just brilliant clarity and depth. I absolutely love it. I'd also like to say huge thanks to Peter for the prompt way he they dealt with the minor issue I had with the remote. Also for the time he took to provide great advice to a relative novice. 5 star service indeed.

Peter from Igloo was thoroughly helpful and friendly, helped me identify multiple options that were great for my budget and the kind of music I listen to, ended up going with some wonderful Hifiman HE 1000-v2 (Gen2) headphones and a Matrix Audio Elements x2 DAC/Amp/Streamer, absolutely FANTASTIC pieces of kit! Glad to have found such a gem of a store operating near home!

I have been a keen audiophile for nearly 50 years now and I hate to think how many products I have bought and sold and how many dealers I have spoken to: in all that time only 2 stand out, and one of them is Igloo Audio. I am a strict amateur, and I have no connection with Igloo other than that I have bought a number of products from them.
