Very disappointed with a failure of communication with this business. We confirmed a date to fit our floor by e mail and paid the deposit as requested. Because we did not tell them we had paid the deposit, they failed to attend today and fit the flooring. I do not expect to formally advise every business that sends me an invoice, that I have paid it! Surely they need to check that? Anyway person in shop was very unhelpful with repeated blaming us and denying any problems but not willing to move on and sort out the job

Oaks Flooring did a superb job fitting parquet throughout most of the ground floor of our house. They are a very professional company and there was excellent customer service and communication throughout the whole process. Josh and his team, who fitted the floor, did an excellent job and were reliable, courteous and hard working. We are thrilled with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
