Not very impressed at all. 7 members of staff, none of whom seem to have a personality and seemed dismissive. They asked to test my phone which I was looking to sell, which would take half an hour. I came back later and the two staff members whod previously served me completely ignored me and wouldnt even look at me, whilst a another staff member dealt with me instead. She dismissively said that the battery was in not in good enough condition for the phone to be sold. No issue with that, but they all came across as nerdy, charmless, student activist types who had trouble conversing in normal conversation.

Do not bother, they "buy" your goods and tell you they will transfer you the money the next day... 4 days later still nothing. They owe me over 220 and trying to get hold of anyone is like getting blood from a stone. Travel the distance and go to Tonbridge, always have cash, staff are great and never have any issues. Avoid Tunbridge Wells CeX!!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff and management. Help me to build up my movie collection. Store is always tidy and organised.
