Sunniva Carpeting

Absolutely outstanding company to deal with. Visited our property three times. First time to bring a sample for us to look at in situ, second to discuss with underfloor heating technician what would be required for Sunniva to fit flooring we required & the third time to see if we were happy with the fitting to hall, dinning room & kitchen just as the fitter finished the job. Also always answered the phone or rang us back which these days is a unique experience. Couple of little niggles resolved without question even on Lukes day off. From start to finish our experience of purchasing three difference products was excellent - great choice, professionalism of all the staff, fitters friendly but focused & customer service was outstanding. Would highly recommend them without question.

First time using these guys. Extremely happy. Initial service in the shop was great. I needed a quick job and the this was completed. This particular property has terrible access but the fitters worked around this without moaning. Very happy with the finish. Will be using Sunniva again in the near future.

Ordered natural flooring from this business in 2019 throughout our house. Herewith my observations. First, their fitter was awful. Every shortcut that could be taken was. We had to complain and the fitter had to return twice; even then it was clear the work was poor. And the attitude of the shop staff was that we were the problem, not their fitter. Every step taken was to use the cheapest, easier, quickest fix. Play forward 18 months and every seam in the house is unraveling because of the corners cut and the shoddy workmanship. Avoid this business.
