My mum became severely dehydrated at this care home. She was unable to lift drinks to her mouth & staff did not assist her. When we collected her for the last time (to take her to hospital) she was clinically dehydrated and was put on a fluid drip at A&E. I was told she 'refused to eat or drink'. Eat maybe - drink, absolutely not, it is a base human response to drink. My mum passed away and on collecting her possessions from the care home we have got a lot of other peoples clothes.
