Very poor service for online offers. Stock system is very simplistic so could not reflect items that were out of stock until after you have placed order and paid. Was left for weeks not knowing when item might arrive with no response to any emails. Finally I called and was told the owners were away and would reply on return. Eventually item arrived but was not the same as item ordered. No apology, no acknowledgement of inconvenience. Shame as sounds like experience of the shop is very different. Perhaps efforts best focused on that rather than an online shop for which they are not suited.
