Recently installed a new timber retaining wall in the garden - excellent job. Quote accurate, realistic on timing, high quality workmanship and it is the little extras that make a difference - despite not being in the job description, they levelled all the surrounding flower beds. Always happy to explain the job, always tidy up afterwards, an excellent service that I highly recommend.

We used All in One Home Services for the renovation of our kitchen. We had a wall taken down, and had to replace the flooring, with new windows and doors being fitted. Everything in the kitchen was changed and the chimney breast which we initially wanted removed as it was in the middle of the room, turned out to become one of the main features of the new kitchen renovation with a bespoke unit covering the chimney breast. It transformed something that we were going to get rid of tried to into a great feature. That was Bens idea. Ben came up with other ideas which we wouldnt have thought of, and we have ended up with a fantastic kitchen with lots of really exciting features. He talked us through the whole process and ensured that the renovation caused us as little stress as possible. Bens workmen worked really hard, and were always punctual and well mannered. They always left the place tidy at the end of each day and even went the extra mile, like swapping a faulty door handle in our downstairs WC with a working one from a door we were getting rid of, stapling down our fake grass after cleaning up the saw dust and even making me three large chopping boards out of off-cuts of my left-over worktop (once they learnt of my obsession with chopping boards! Thanks Jon). I was particularly impressed that when the majority of the works had finished and they moved onto the next project, the decorators still turned up to finish off the little snagging bits, like touching up, fitting a missing cupboard knob and even cleaning my windows and wiping down my kitchen cupboards. Their professionalism was reassuring. We cant recommend Ben and his men highly enough for any kind of home improvements. The work was completed on time, on budget, and to a very high level. If we have any more work done then we will definitely use All In One again. The project covered every room in my apartment and involved a vast number of different trades and suppliers. I had a lot of confidence in Ben from the start as he listened carefully and made many helpful suggestions before putting together the brief. I moved out for six weeks to enable most of the work to be completed without hindrance. The work involved a complete refit of the entire kitchen and bathroom (including installing a walk in shower and resitting the toilet cistern), installation of a new boiler and radiators throughout, bespoke wardrobes, cabinets and workstation in the bedrooms from floor to ceiling, bespoke fitted units in the sitting room, new carpeting/ flooring throughout, fitting of new fire and new blinds, new skirting and architraves, new secure back door, removal of false wall and replacement of some doors, plastering of walls where necessary, new light and switch fittings and complete painting of walls, ceilings, doors and new units. The work that has been done is of an exceptionally high standard. I cannot praise enough the professionalism and care that has been taken at each stage. I now have a completely new home that I can enjoy in the knowledge that the work has been done properly and there are no hidden problems awaiting me. Ben communicated with me at every stage, checking decisions that needed to be made, explaining progress and keeping me fully informed. He is a joy to be around, handling all of the hassles that inevitably occur with good humour and always keeping the job moving. He is clearly very respected by everyone he deals with. Lee and Aaron did an amazing job with all of the painting, the finish on the units is superb. Danny created a bathroom that looks and works brilliantly and was great at sorting out various issues including my badly sticking front door. Adrian built some fantastic furniture which really elevates each room and completes the new look. As I said, I cannot praise highly enough the standard and professionalism of everyone involved. They were all a delight to deal with and it is very clear to me that employing Ben and his team and suppliers was the best decision I could ever have made. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team for home renovations. We hired Ben to design and implement a new layout for our ground floor and to create an open-plan living space. He was instrumental in ensuring that the work was carried out to a high specification and that the correct experts were brought in at the correct times. He was also able and ready to make helpful suggestions which we had not considered but which saved us both time and money. His liaisons with a structural engineer ultimately resulted in a solution being reached which avoided costly structural work while still achieving the open plan result we requested. Ben and team completed work according to an agreed timescale of six weeks and with constant communication throughout the process - this was greatly appreciated, as we have young children and could not remain on site for all of the work. The work included fitting a new kitchen, flooring, decorating, and carpentry, as well as building. We are delighted with the quality of the work done, as well as the professionalism of him and his team.
