When first contacted by Quantum I was wary and had significant trust issues having been lied to and misadvised by a previous company. Over time (5 years?) they have worked hard to win my confidence and have delivered, managing a successful FSCS claim against said previous company, to my huge relief. They have been candid, clear, and patient throughout the process and continue to be proactive in ensuring that I have all the information I need to get best value out of my finances. Amazing service! When my father passed away I needed help with his financial affairs. I had no end of problems with the pension company we were dealing with and Michael at Quantum Wealth got everything sorted out very quickly when I was getting nowhere. He was incredibly kind and compassionate at what was such a difficult time and did all the hard work for me. I honestly cant thank or praise him enough and wont hesitate to use him again.
