Visited the TW store last week picked up a few bits for my daughter. Not impressed, be careful when making a purchase to ensure the garment is actually in sound condition and fit to be sold. Should you find any damage to the item and request an exchange as per your statutory rights their company policy on customer care goes out of the window. In this case the damage was near the armpit of the garment and difficult to see. A very simular situation occurred when my wife bought an item online, which also had to be returned due to the item being damaged. Over 1000 spent which isn't difficult and nothing but hassle with this company. Hobbs take more care of your stock your quality control is terrible. We won't be returning.

Completely appalling CS & lack of empathy. My husband showed up to the TW store with a dress I bought in Hobbs but couldn't use because I broke my foot before the event I was going to. As I can't move around/walk - my husband took my ID, card & receipt to the store to make a return. He explained the situation and was turned down by one of the sales assistants. He explained that I couldn't make the return myself anytime soon and he was spoken to in a rude manner and turned down again. I called the store and spoke to "Amy" - and the same, my husband couldn't possibly make the return for some policy that doesn't make sense. All this could have been absolutely fine if told in a nice manner but no. Rude and horrible! So disappointed. I am now expected to make the return myself when I can't even go to work because of my injury!
