I am endlessly grateful for the assistance Rosie has given us over the past few months and cannot recommend her course highly enough. Marc and I hadnt really heard of hypnobirthing before taking Rosies course. We knew we wanted as natural a birth as possible (which can be a bit of a challenge in Singapore where the C-section rate is nearly 80%) but had no idea that we could empower ourselves with tales and techniques before the big event to ensure that the whole process was not only stress free, but actually enjoyable! Each lesson from Rosie was delivered in a calm and personable way and we knew we were in a safe pair of hands. She explained the concepts in a way that made sense, didnt downplay the difficulties but gave us tools to cope, embrace and understand the birth process. Its like Rosie has been our little pregnancy jinn, sitting on our shoulders and giving us the confidence to push back and have the birth we want, not the one that is most convenient to our medical team. Both Marc and I think she is amazing and wed recommend her to any pregnant couple!
