        Can't say Ive had a good experiance with this company. My first order and it took 3 months to come! and then when they installed the safe they drilled through a gas pipe which wasnt his fault but he didnt even tell us that it had happened, had to call emergency service who were they until 3am in the mornig. Ive reported it to the company and no one has contacted me regarding this still.

        I purchased a safe from this company in June 2018 and although I requested it be delivered in unmarked vehicle it arrived in a vehicle with INSAFE LOGO on the side and the safe was not boxed so it was on view for all and sundry to see. I live on a main arterial road. Having been on lockdown for sol long we decided to have a holiday and went away on Oct 11 2921 (11am) at 10 pm that evening we were notified by a neighbour that my house had been broken into. The safe together with all my worldly belongings had been taken from its housing, just ripped out of the wall in a matter of minutes. Although I have emailed this company many times along with telephone calls, to express my horror regarding this matter, they choose to ignore me. What away to conduct a business. No thought for the customer, and I am suffering a loss that is due to safe NOT BEING FITTED SECURELY.
