I have just taken delivery of a new Lexus from Motorline, Bristol which was a very good experience. But since ordering the car I have ended up moving house to the South East. I used the 'contact ' facility on the web-site to enquire about setting up a service plan through the Motorline Tunbridge Wells branch but nobody has bothered to reply. I do not understand how a company can offer e-contact but not monitor the outcome of doing so. So much for 'anticipating the customers wish' then!
