        Aftercare awful - 2 years in and still snagging problems havent been fixed. Customer communication is non existent - even admitted by Dandara but wont rectify their mistake in communication - instead we have to pay to make good. Disappointing from a family run business.

        Inexistent customer service after the house is purchased. They sent their own contractors to inspect a leaking issue in our new home and decided they are not responsible for the fix. Plumber themselves confirmed a fix should be provided by Dandara following a visit but a week later we were told that's not the case. Looks like both companies are working together in a very dishonest way to get away from their obligation.

        Awful. Customer service will say anything to make you go away, lie in their emails and will show you a showhome then change the specification you purchase.
