        A lovely hotel and spa. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and sn excellent, powerful shower. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We only ate breakfast here but it was great and Kira who worked in the restaurant was so welcoming and attentive, she made all the guests feel special and is an asset to the hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our bed was decorated with petals in the shape of a heart (a nice touch). The hotel is well located and only a 15-20 min walk to the Pantiles, or 5 in a taxi, organised by the front desk.

        Quiet place nice grounds. All the employees were polite and happy to help. The swimming pool was quite small 3-4 people swimming in it makes it look crowded,there was only 1 sauna for women and 1 for men,again small could only fit 3 people comfortably. The food at the restaurant was acceptable, rather overpriced.

        The Spa is a lovely period hotel offering many amenities. My room was small but still felt a little luxurious and more than adequate for my solo stay. I ordered room service (Spa Club sandwich and cauliflower cheese) which was tasty and arrived quickly. The check-in/check-out staff were efficient and friendly so all in all, a great night's stay and I would definitely book a return visit.
