Baltic Star carried out an internal refurbishment of our 1970s house, replacing skirting, doors, partitioning walls etc. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, having had mediocre builders in the past, Baltic Star were in a different league. The project manager Tom was very personable and ensured that all work, however minor, was carried out to the highest degree. Their time scale was accurate as was the price. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We have engaged Tom and his team to complete two projects so far and words cannot fully express how happy we have been with the service, personal consideration throughout the builds, and quality of the end product delivered by Tom and the team. The second of these projects Tom and team picked up from another contractor which was a regrettable and stressful situation. However as soon as Tom and team were onboard we felt confident and assured that we would gain the end result we had planned and looked forward to. We were not disappointed. Toms experience, the relationships he has developed with numerous quality sub contractors locally, and the transparency that he provides to those end sub contractors was fully evident throughout both of our projects. This again provided a confidence to us during the course of the projects which is a significant factor when you have limited experience of the building trade. Additionally, Tom consistently provided solutions and ideas for the project throughout. We would - and have ! wholeheartedly recommended Tom and his team to any friends and relatives that are looking for a recommendation. This is based on our own personal experience and the evidence of the changes Tom has delivered to our home. We would not hesitate to engage Toms companies services again. Mr & Mrs S.R.
