        Dreadful - to get transferred to a private ward is impossibly difficult you need two NHS doctors to call Axa (3 hours call waiting) then fill in several forms taking a total of 6-8 hrs of each doctors time then should you complete this onerous task you then have to somehow transfer your loved one to a participating hospital at your own expense total utter scam artists avoid avoid avoid

        ''we offer a number of services that we don't actually provide'' had a call with an AXA GP who reffered me to my own GP. wow Absolutely no point having private health cover if they're just going to bounce you back to the NHS is there 1/10 total losers

        If I could score a zero star I would. AXA let me down when I needed them most, when in acute pain. I shall be moving to a different provider asap
