Ive moved around a fair amount over the past 10 yrs and wherever Ive landed Ive always hunted out a pole class as I absolutely love it. Every class has been different but I have to say Hannahs class at Poly Dynamics has to be one of the best and I come away from every class filled with a real sense of achievement, buzzing at how far Ive come over the years. It is a really friendly class and no matter what level you have reached, there is still something new to learn or a twist on an old favourite. Thanks Hannah :)

Pole dynamics is amazing I started after having my 2 children wanted to tone up that baby belly but I found that not only did I start to tone up I met a bunch of great friends as well as increase my fitness, flexibility and strength. I could not do the splits before even when I was a child and now I can split And I can have a arm wrestle with my husband and sometimes win . Joining the pole dynamics family was the best thing I ever did and now I teach and compete too which I love.

My wife was never into any sports but felt she needed to improve her fitness, someone recommended Pole Dynamics she not only found it fun her self confidence grew and she was amazed by how quickly her flexabilty and strength improved.
