Recently moved to TW and must say I'm delighted with my new doctor's surgery at Abbey Court The receptionists are polite, friendly and approachable. I would recommend this surgery.

It is unbelievable to not be able to get hold of the GP, phone calls constantly being ignored or rejected and no way of even leaving a message. Furthermore, the attitude of the receptionists is disgusting.

nobody will take your phone call or when you book appointment nobody will call you back or your appointment is few weeks later. this place needs 2 or more hard working RECEPTIONISTS

Just cant get anywhere with this surgery. Ive been a patient here for over 7 years and in that time Ive probably only needed to see the doctor on maybe a handful of occasions, hence why Ive stayed for so long because this place is infuriating!!Getting an appointment or just ordering repeat prescriptions is like playing spin the bottle! (You may get a call back from the Doctor but probably not) a couple of months ago I needed to see the Doctor for a severe pain in my chest, after practically begging the receptionist on my 3rd phone call to get an appointment I was finally seen and sent for scans (luckily nothing serious) I have just recently wanted to speak to the doctor about going through the menopause, I phoned, got told to call back in a few days time, I did, told to call in a few days time!! So I filled out the online consultation form and got an email telling me the doctor will call on Monday 20th before 6:30pm!! Its now 7:38pm and no call or contact has been made. Ive now made the decision to leave the surgery.. Its sooo frustrating, what is wrong with this surgery?? No wonder its only got 1.3 stars on this site. Update. 08/10/2021 never received a call back!!! We have left this surgery.
