ID&C Wristbands

Nicole & Katherine were so helpful and friendly and processed our wristband order with a quick turn around. We had trouble with another supplier so came to ID&C and I'm so glad they did. The wristbands themselves look fantastic. Thank you so much Nicole!

Good quality product. But not the best service. I received a terrible first print. No sample sent me or anything so I asked them to be reprinted. We agreed on a new design and I was told that they would be in touch. No contact with their team for 18 days after three separate chases and calls. I was finally shown proof, but I still wasn't happy with the final product. So I sent them a new logo to use. However I was immediately sent the what they had previously made... I can't be bothered to waste anymore time on this.

I normally use another company to print wristbands, I decided to give this company a go. How much I regret that decision Customer Service: There is none, your unable to speak to anyone when you call the numbers, no matter what department you press to get through to. I am still waiting on my an order that was made a week and 3 days ago, On check out it told me my order would be dispatched Monday, its Saturday still nothing. I created an account on their website when checking out, I can't log in to the site to manage my order or track what is happening, I click FORGET MY PASSWORD that does nothing. At this point I feel like I've been scammed
