My experience of Southborough dry cleaning was very pleasurable. I was looking after an Airbnb in Tunbridge Wells so needed a fast efficient service. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Communication was extremely good. The service I received was excellent and couldnt thank them enough for going beyond the call of duty especially when I needed a fast turn around. I considered the price for their service was good value for money and the cleaning was flawless. Service: General bedding cleaning

I've always found them good and quick for cleaning but I've just picked up a jacket I took to them for a small repair and dear me it's been butchered. My girlfriend is livid I didn't let her have a go at it for free. When I showed the lady working there the mess it was in she just said "we did say it might be visible" I didn't realise she meant from the space station. Avoid for alterations. Service: Alterations

I go to a dry cleaners to get my clothes cleaned, and I have to give them credit, they did a great job. My order was delayed approximately a week, understandable, tough stains take time to remove and my clothes were returned to me in pristine condition. The downsides to this business are; a. Relatively unhelpful staff, no follow up / text to let me know when my clothes had been finished, resulted in three trips back until I actually got my stuff. b. They broke the zip on my suit bag, and forgot they even had it, without me chasing them for this I would not have had it returned. They also completely lost the suit hanger. c. There is always a different member of staff at the laundrette. Again, not an issue, but there is no communication between staff so I had to have the same conversation about my clothes three times to three different people to get my clothes back. Dry cleaning was good, hence 4 star review. Everything else, well below average.
