Dr Farrell is absolutely wonderful. She help cleared my acne and is helping me with my rosacea. An encyclopaedia of knowledge, she is fantastic and able to provide lots of different options and approaches to dealing with all my concerns. Thank you Dr Farrell and team!

Dr Anne Farrell has been treating me for around 15 years, now. I have experienced aesthetic treatments, and a couple of different laser treatments. The most recent of which, Fraxel Restore, has been significantly effective in smoothing out finer lines and wrinkles. The treatment itself is brief and not as uncomfortable as Id expected the pre-treatment numbing gel really does work. I did need some down time to allow the swelling and flaking to recover but, by Day 5 I was out and about, with sunscreen and make up to camouflage the residual redness. The benefits of down time for me are getting done all those chores Id been putting off, so it was rather productive. What I love about Dr Farrell and her teams treatments is that they are all done with her patients interests at heart: she always takes time to listen the outcome that you want to achieve which, in my case, is not to appear like Ive had any work done, rather to appear a little less jaded than I usually do! The clinic itself is in an large, elegant and spacious Victorian property, conveniently near the Pantiles. The treatment areas are surgically clean, and all Dr Farrells staff team are charming, reassuring and highly experienced at their work. I always recommend Dr Farrell and her clinic to friends who are considering having any aesthetic treatment done. She is without a doubt, the best qualified and experienced in her field of practice.

I came to see Dr Walsh in August 2022 for my acne. It is 6 months later and my skin is completely clear. Dr Walsh made me feel very comfortable throughout. Also, thank you to Harriet who was friendly and helpful.

Had an appalling experience here. Phoned up the receptionist and stated to them that my partner had been struggling with a recurring skin condition which steroid creams had not been addressing. After asking them if they had consultants who were experienced with problems of this sort, I was quickly dismissed and told that booking a consultation would be the only way to find out. I really don't think it would've been a stretch to relay a simple message to the practitioners at this point so we could determine if it was even worth booking in the first place. She was desperate to see somebody and so we booked, big mistake. The dermatologist she saw was cold & dismissive. Hardly spoke or asked any questions trying to determine what the problem with my partner could be. Despite the numerous steroid treatments she told them that she'd already had, they simply had nothing else to offer other than to prescribe her even more steroid cream. My partner travelled home from the appointment in tears at how bad the experience had been compared to what she was expecting. I would certainly avoid this place if you're experiencing a similar condition as they'll do nothing for you. The impression they've left with us is that they only care about taking your money & nothing else.
