Nice practise nice dentist. Would be even nicer if rooms are filled with equipment they need

I had an appointment on the 06th of March 2023. The receptionists were very welcoming when I entered the practice. My dentist, Rishi and his dental nurse Vanessa were both very professional and put me at ease straight away. Rishi explained the procedure that I was having very clearly and allowed me to ask questions if needed. The treatment was pain free and easy, usually Im very nervous having my teeth done, but todays appointment was a breeze! I honestly couldnt recommend the staff enough here, all were great. I have further appointments scheduled and hope to experience the same level of customer service again. Thank you.

I moved from London to RTW in 2018. I continued to see my London dentist until late 2021. Hill House was recommended to me. Since then I have found the practice to be excellent. Initially I thought it was not as up to date re the equipment I had been used to. No matter. I dont need my own choice of music and ambient lighting etc. whilst in the chair. I have now had 3 appts and find the treatments , care , staff and explanations to be top draw. Thank you.

I am so happy to have called this amazing team. They got me an appointment with no fuzz and the service was perfect.. ladies behind reception very relaxed and professional.
