        Trapped my right glove and snapped the wire. Thought that was it for the glove. Sent an email and found out they can do repairs! A paltry 15 later glove is fixed and on they way back. Thanks guys for quick service as I suffer from Reynauds and cannot ride without heat.

        VERY disappointed with my XRL gloves. Let me down when I needed them most this weekend. Lining pulled out, TOTALLY drenched fingertips and right hand gloves controller playing up. Now having to send them back in midwinter. We shall see what happens re warranty. I'll add to this they deleted these pictures from their Facebook page when I posted them there.

        These guys are simply amazing, what a 5* brilliant service. I emailed them regarding heated glove issue, they replied super quick, I posted them and a day later, they posted back with brand new replacement , with in 24 hrs all sorted, never seen this fantastic rocket service, while many others blame covid for their incompetent service Thank you Gerbing tunbridge wells . I will definitely buy more from here.

        This is my second pair of heated gloves from Gerbing. The first pair have literally worn away after years of service, but the heating still works. When you need help the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. All round good service and a quality product.
