Nat's Neat

Contracted end of tenancy cleaning from this company. The quote was OK-ish, but what came after was simply appalling: the price quoted was 32ph for one cleaner for ~6hours (excluding oven or carpet washing), which I thought was on a high side but agreed given positive reviews. When the cleaner messaged after 2.5hrs asking for an additional time & charge I was a little surprised since I thought I booked for much longer but it turned out her boyfriend was also cleaning so it was 64ph for 2 of them. I contacted the owner Nat to clarify but was shouted at the outset and accused of not wanting to pay even if I never said that! Then the owner proceeded threatening with the cleaners would leave immediately not finishing the job and that I would never get a receipt for the estate agent that it was cleaned professionally and I would be taken to small claims court for non payment etc.etc. I decided not to listen to this rant. Went back to my apartment, paid the cleaners cash for 3hrs at 64ph rate for an average cleaning and hired someone else to finish the job. I could have never imagined such an interaction with a professional cleaning business that blackmails their clients! Beware & question the positive reviews here.
