Toms expertise, help and support was invaluable in helping with the compulsory purchase of our property. Tom conducted a valuation inspection visit, research thereafter, preparation of all the necessary reports and negotiation with the council / developer helped greatly in achieving an appropriate level of compensation which we were being unfairly denied. Together with my solicitor, I have engaged with Tom for nearly a year in trying to negotiate a lease extension for a flat.
