Toms expertise, help and support was invaluable in helping with the compulsory purchase of our property. Tom conducted a valuation inspection visit, research thereafter, preparation of all the necessary reports and negotiation with the council / developer helped greatly in achieving an appropriate level of compensation which we were being unfairly denied. His knowledge and experience are second to none and without his help in the pre and post CPO process we would be facing a very different outcome. I highly recommend Tom for any compulsory purchase, CPO, valuation, and compensation matters.

Together with my solicitor, I have engaged with Tom for nearly a year in trying to negotiate a lease extension for a flat. The freeholder and his representatives have been very difficult to deal with but at last, an agreeable amount has finally been agreed that Tom was key to achieving. Highly recommended.
