Mark delivered a detailed and comprehensive report within the agreed timeframe. Anyone wishing to get a full structural survey done and wish to feel confident that the survey being done is of the highest quality the I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. He replied quickly and honestly to all enquires, shared a dummy report, then completed the survey and report on time. The report we received was very detailed and was backed up by strong conclusions and great photographs listing any potential and existing problems. Marks high quality work is exactly why we should get surveys done before buying a property

Mark has completed two surveys for us in recent weeks and both were extremely detailed and fully comprehensive reports, delivered on time. I would highly recommend MMA Surveyors, especially if you are looking at larger properties or those with a history. Mark will find any gremlins!

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the survey and the care taken with the report after commissioning Mark to do a homebuyer's report. Mark also telephoned me to talk through his findings.
