Buying a car can often be an anxious time but on this occasion we have to say this was a pleasant experience. The staff we dealt with were very obliging and helpful answering any questions we had with courtesy. The car was delivered to us by a young man, James Monkman, who paid great attention to detail and left us with nothing but good feelings over the way the sale had been conducted.

Have used Hendy for many years for car purchases and servicing/repair works. They tend to be good at communication and always reliable in terms of estimation of works length/pick up times. The team are friendly and helpful when I've approached them for anything so feel they give good customer service. I only knock a star off as its not a modern dealership/workshop by design, dropping your car/van off and parking can be a nightmare, they juggle the situation well but it can be frustrating when dropping off the vehicle and having to navigate the back road/street several times to find somewhere safe/legal to leave your vehicle.
