        Good cheap food, clean and friendly staff. The proprietor is very friendly and when it is not busy has time to chat. The best thing is that despite the menu having no apparent vegan options, one of the pasta dishes can be adapted and is probably the best thing on the menu. The pasta and vegetable source is one of the best I have had anywhere - I ask for it to be made mild rather than hot flavour. It is good cheap food so do not expect anything other, but the caf does the very best, the salad is basic and fresh. You can have veg that is not overcooked if you specify that which is unusual, and they will do any variation to make many vegan options. There probably is no segregation between vegan and non-vegan, so it will have some "may contains". This caf has been a nice surprise. There is power and Wi-Fi which on my laptop uses less than 1p/Hr. (it is old) but that is better than wearing out lithium batteries.
