        Great network in Southern Counties, buses clean for most of my commutes.

        This is a review based on multiple experiences from last year. 3 times in the space of a week I had to sleep outside because of the number 7 not showing on the final hour. (10:25pm) I reported this to Arriva and did not receive a reply, not even an acknowledgement for this incompetence. I'm following this up because recently the 7 service has been getting worse and worse and I feel that is necessary to make this review and the service is not improving. Rarely is the bus on time, and its an anxious experience trusting the service to be accurate

        Always late, either get the one before which isnt always an option, or be late to wherever you have to be

        Appalling no 281 bus between Tesco and silverdale for over a month. Bus has been diverted to go up St. Johns road thus causing extreme problems for those of us who are disabled, elderly and mums with buggies as we depend on this bus. Why could arriva not have put a shuttle bus on for us? It has been impossible to find out what is happening and when we will get our bus back as Arrivas website is never up to date, travelline did not know what was happening this morning and the girl at arriva did not know how to look it up even! I think arrival need taking over by the government or someone like go coach take on Tunbridge Wells. Frankly it is enough to make you despair.
