Judy Mott made me a spectacular bespoke wedding dress. Judy was recommended to me by a friend when, despite hours of online research and a visit to another bridal boutique, I hadnt been able to find the style of dress I wanted (A-line, high-necked and long-sleeved - inspired by Grace Kellys wedding dress - but with beaded fabric on the top instead of lace). My experience with Judy was a joy from start to finish. She listened to my ideas and offered considered, judicious advice based on her many years of experience of designing and making bridal wear. I had several design appointments, various appointments trying on toiles (prototypes of the dress) to make sure the design and fit were perfect before two final appointments with the dress made in the fabrics I had chosen. My appointments with Judy were the highlight of my wedding preparation. I had a wonderful day in the dress; it fitted beautifully and was very comfortable. I was so impressed with Judy and her colleague Joannas impeccable craftsmanship. It really was the perfect dress in every sense - from the gorgeous fitted bodice and A-line skirt with organza overlay to the superb attention to detail in the buttons on the back and at the wrists, the waistband and the collar. I cannot recommend Judy Mott highly enough.

I can not recommend Judy highly enough - she made all the alterations to my dress seamlessly and in plenty of time for the wedding! The dress fit perfectly on the wedding day and Judy made that possible and helped me to feel as comfortable as I possibly could on my big day! Thank you so much! Sophie xx

After visiting another seamstress who told me that she was unable to alter my dress and advised me to get a new one (8 weeks before my wedding) I was very upset. I found Judy online and asked her for an appointment, she saw me straight away and altered my dress with no problems. Judy is polite and very professional. Thank you Judy, you are so talented. Judy altered my wedding dress for my wedding in August 2022 and did a fantastic job. One of my friends recommended Judy to me when I was nervous that my dress would not fit and Judy was so kind and put me at ease. She also made me a bespoke veil that really completed my wedding look. I would recommend Judy to anyone looking to have wedding dress alterations.
