Went in to speak about buying a new f900xr was really helpful in store. I tried to get a demo ride booked through email and didnt hear anything back, also tried phoning twice. With it being so hard to even buy a bike from you, I thought if I had a problem or needed to book a service Id never get a response so I decided to go elsewhere. I had my mind set on a f900xr so you and bmw lost a sale on the bike.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thanks to the team at Arden Bmw motorrad for the super service I received on Thursday and Friday this week. I called in with a suspected wheel bearing problem on my S1000xr TE. And I was right, the front wheel bearing had blown. Thanks to Ollie and Liam, and the tech team for the swift action, the guys looked at the bike immediately, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and within 24 hrs my bike was sorted, and a loan bike kept me going while my bike underwent surgery. So often we hear of dramas and conflict between customers and dealers it is refreshing to know that the team at Arden Tun Wells are on the case and very professional, prepare to sort issues as effectively as possible. Wrong details on advert - wasted expensive journey Unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star on my first experience there. Salesman very friendly and patient with my questions, however could not answer why the bike was advertised with full M sport package including the M seat and forged wheels when actually did not have. Those two items together represent a substantial amount of resale value. Hope I can change this review in future experience if it happens.

Abysmal service. Some of the sales experience was great but then it would be given they want you to spend a lot of money. They will be at your beck and call, over phone and email, cant do enough for you. After-sales and servicing is atrocious. Filled in multiple request forms and got no response, called multiple times and it just rings off or someone answers and cant help, no promised callback materialises. I only wanted a running-in service for 2 bikes. Contacted both the sales rep and manager, one said they would help but nothing materialised, the other didnt even respond. Will never recommend this dealership, complained to BMW UK.

A little late writing this review. But I brought a BMW GS1200 from a local dealer and something didnt seem right from the start. So naturally I booked this in with BMW Tunbridge. There was a little wait before I can get the bike seen to. But what can I say. From the time I booked this in, arrived. They gave me a top of the range courtesy bike, very welcoming and throughout the whole process, Carly kept me informed of the progress. Theres was a few bits which needed doing and I was correct there wasnt something right. But the mechanic knew the bike inside and out and very professional. Very detailed on the inspection, service and was just fantastic. Upon picking the bike up, it had also been given a clean. I will defiantly be booking the bike in here again and moving forward my next bike will be from this showroom. I cant stress to you enough how thankful I am for looking after me and the bike.
