        Been going there for over a year as Jess was perfect for wax. Over the last 6 months shes put the prices up almost 10, she doesnt do wax anymore, cancelled or changed my appointments last minute or is late 10/15 minutes and the nee trainee just doesnt do a good job as constantly painful / goes over the same zone too much Will not go there anymore ont hat basis not a good time to put your prices up when service goes down . Very disappointed but Jess doesnt seem to care for customer service / coming back! Service: Brazilian waxing
