Always a warm welcome, friendly staff and all the hairdressers are amazing! They always take their time and it never feels rushed. Highly recommended.

Came out looking pretty much the same as when I came in except my hair was dried out, chemicalled out and I smell of cheap chemical smell and it cost me nearly a 100 for it. Not worth saving up to have something nice if it does very little and now I smell like chemicals. Hairdresser did very little, nice head massage though. Wont be returning as I could just go somewhere cheaper but Id hope they would have some artistry hence why I wanted to pay more. My final verdict - It was OK but not worth the cost.

Was nervous going to a new salon after a long time not having my hair done, shouldn't have been, everyone was so friendly, welcoming & I received THE BEST service! Grace restyled my hair, we discussed it, she checked I was happy at each stage & I've booked to go back, I can't wait!! Services: Hairstyling, Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts, Hair coloring

Booked in for restyle - wash and blow dry. Salon was empty and freezing cold! Felt the lack of atmosphere very disappointing and my restyle was not as Id hoped. Not blow dried as i had asked for it to be made curly ish so she didnt dry it! Cold day for wet hair outside, so bit fed up to be left like that. Had hoped for a new look and bit of pampering but sadly McQueens didnt provide the experience Id hoped for. Service: Shampoo & conditioning
