Maybe being unjust but absolutely useless ! Went into Tunbridge Wells branch to open an account told to go away do it online guy was like a machine ( this is probably the Santander way ) never going back into them again, walked down the street into Metro Bank, got a real person sat down within five minutes, discussed everything, really helpful, without a hitch or an appointment opened our account. Thank you Metro Bank
