        Sadly I forgot to ask the name of the chap I spoke to today at the Tunbridge Wells branch but he was so very helpful and put me straight through to Susie at HQ who helped me above and beyond the call of duty... It is a five star rating from me. Thank you!

        Great good old fashioned service in clean safe environment, staff are very helpful and go that bit extra to make life that bit easier, looking after there members ! a better service than some other high street banks. Ta all

        I went into Nationwide Tunbridge wells and was greeted by a member of staff named Alex. It was very difficult for me to enter the branch due to family difficulties. Alex put me at ease immediately with her kind support! She gave me all the information I needed with knowledge and expertise, guiding me though all the options available to me within the branch. Thank you Alex so much, I really appreciated all the information you gave!!

        Not very helpful - hopefully a one off Asked the lady on the desk for 2 card readers , one for me , one for relative who rarely ventures to town NO - one one per person and wouldnt budge , wasnt asking for 20 or anything , just 2 !!!
