I visited Dr Jindal once at his clinic to get my father seen. He was organised, patient and methodical in his examination, and the facilities were great. While we received lots of good advice during the consultation, he was also kind enough to patiently assist with any queries we had over the phone well after the visit.

I found Jay Jindal to be extremely sympathetic, professional and expert - and his analysis and programme of rehab exercises has made a huge difference to my balance issues in a very short space of time (after me unsuccessfully visiting GPs for 9 months). After suffering from Labyrinthitis I became more and more exhausted - after many months I was referred to Jay - he listened carefully to all parts of the story, he helped me understand the impact that the impairment to my balance had had on my brain and the consequently the rest of my well-being, and having the full picture and his rehab programme, I was able to very quickly start to 'unlearn' some of the coping strategies my brain was resorting to. He also gave me a hearing test which had been done previously but he was able to show me a much more sophisticated reading of the results which explained some recent changes to my hearing. I would highly recommend his clinic for hearing and balance issues.
