Evolation Yoga Warwickshire

Ive been to Evolution yoga twice now, Heart has taken both of these sessions and I can honestly say I feel so good after them! Heart is a fantastic teacher who is very patient with me as im new to Yoga and I know if I continue to go Ill quickly see improvements!

I've been going since November and love this place. I get a good workout, the instructors love what they do and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this.

I have been doing yoga for 5 years in London and going to Evolation in Warwick for nearly two years, and I'd like to say Jas, the studio owner, is the very best yoga teacher I have been taught by. Every lesson I learn something knew. I am developing my technique every lesson and feel like I am always progressing. Thanks Jas. Plus, the variety of different yoga classes like Flow, Yin and Inferno Pilates means I can do multiple sessions per week and maximise body strength, flexibility and recovery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Studio, very unprofessional and not what you expect from a yoga studio! The Owner/Instructor Jas MADE UNWANTED ADVANCES to my friend and fellow Yogi who attended the studio daily. When she turned him down he cancelled her membership and told her to keep her mouth shut about it! This made it impossible for me to attend so he agreed to pay back my yearly membership. He never did despite putting it in writing, I took his company to court and won the case. He was ordered by the Judge to pay both my membership and court costs back. For some reason Jas thinks he is above the law and despite having a CCJ against the company he has still not paid me back after 18 months. I understand Covid had an impact on the business, however that's no excuse now and he should have Public Liability Insurance for such circumstances. I've never left a bad review before but felt the need to after experiencing such appalling and unprofessional treatment.

Recently moved to Warwick area and was so excited to find a hot yoga studio. Signed up for the introductory offer and from first contact have been so pleased with Evolution Yoga . Two classes in two days and both teachers ( Jas and Carla ) have amazed me they are so welcoming to me as a beginner. Both classes I have been welcomed with open arms and been embraced into their practice. The teachers are at the top of their fields and motivate everyone in class , praising good posture or stillness and offering correction when needed - which I think we all need during our practice to improve and get maximum benefits. The studio is fabulous and has lovely showers after a great hot class and drinking water available free . So glad I found Evolution yoga and the fantastic people there . Come and try the classes on offer and remember each person has had a first day in Yoga so its not as daunting as you think walking in as the new student (they welcome us and are genuinely excited to teach ) see you on the mat soon .
