The Soft Water Company

If you want a company that is totally inept, completely lacking in any kind of satisfactory customer service, shunts the blame for shoddy workmanship, refuses to listens to customers concerns, treats you with you contempt, accuses you of lying, and leaves you heavily out of pocket in addition to them damaging your own property, you have found it with The Soft Water Company. My knowledge and experience of this company leaves nothing to be desired. Involvement with them was a catastrophy from beginning to end. If you still choose to deal with The Soft Water Company after reading this review just hope and pray that you don't receive the same appalling service and treatment my family did - you have been given the heads up. My advice would be to find a similar company that values customers and their business and puts right what they have done wrong.

We have had out water softener for 2 weeks now and canot believe the difference. Gina and Andrew are very professional and the demonstration and fitting was perfect. Yes it's expensive but worth every penny.

Amazing experience. I would definitely recommend. Got a Kinetico Premier Compact water softener and Aquaguard drinking water unit installed from this company. Very professional, reasonable pricing and excellent quality installation.
